Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Contract Strategist to develop and implement contracting strategies that support our customers' global clinical trials. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of regulated clinical trial environments and the ability to negotiate contracts that meet the needs of all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, CROs, and site personnel.
  • Develop and implement contracting strategies that align with our customers' business objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide expert advice on contracting matters to ensure that our customers' interests are protected.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of contracting activities into the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as law, business, or healthcare.
  • At least 3 years of experience in contract management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in negotiating and managing contracts.
  • Strong understanding of regulated clinical trial environments and contract law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
