About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach across elementary schools in the USA, building strong relationships with educators, administrators, and parents.

As a Sales and Business Development professional, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring our programs positively impact the lives of elementary school children.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the elementary school sector in California.
  3. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
  4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our afterschool programs and camps.
  5. Relationship Management:
  6. Cultivate and nurture relationships with school administrators to understand their needs and preferences.
  7. Collaborate with school stakeholders to customize programs that align with their educational objectives.
  8. Act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  9. Market Research:
  10. Stay informed about trends and developments in elementary education and afterschool programming.
  11. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and adapt strategies accordingly.
  12. Communication and Reporting:
  13. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
  14. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Advanced or native English skills, both writing and speaking (mandatory)
  2. Advanced student or graduated in B.S. Administration, Marketing, Digital/Global Business, Sports Administration or similar areas (not mandatory)
  3. 3+ years of proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the education sector.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  6. Familiarity with the USA elementary school system is a plus.
  7. Experience using Hubspot is a plus.
  8. Experience in start-up environments is a plus.
