Sales Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Excellence Manager to drive sales growth and contribute to our expanding client base. You will focus on engaging with prospects, understanding their procurement needs, and demonstrating how ProcureDesk can improve their processes.

This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities: Focus on engaging decision-makers in finance and procurement through both inbound and outbound initiatives.
  • Engage with potential clients: Understand their procurement challenges and tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations: Highlight the features and benefits of ProcureDesk.
  • Manage the sales cycle: Ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to close.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams: Refine sales strategies based on market feedback.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales: Preferably in a SaaS environment targeting SMBs.
  • 1+ year of SaaS Experience:
  • 1+ year of experience selling into the USA market:
  • C2+ English Level:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills:
  • Familiarity with CRM software: Preferably HubSpot.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: $2500-$3000 base salary plus commission, resulting in an OTE of $60,000-$67,000 per year.
