Field Sales Director

The Regional On Premise Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and brand presence across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with national objectives
- Lead a high-performing team of Musketeers to optimize sales, brand awareness, and market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the night scene and gastronomy sectors
- Drive innovation and commercial acumen through data-driven insights and market research
- Cultivate a strong understanding of consumer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends in the FMCG industry
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong track record of success in sales and management, preferably in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication abilities.
Compensation Package:
The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 per annum, plus benefits and performance-based incentives.
