Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering innovative solutions that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Present, promote, and sell GBS Group services to prospective customers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities and upselling potential.
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance processes and drive improvements, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
- Engage in outbound sales activities, including reaching out to potential clients and promoting services, leveraging data scraping and cold calling strategies.
- Advanced level of English & Spanish.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative (+ years).
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated leadership and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
