Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering innovative solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present, promote, and sell GBS Group services to prospective customers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities and upselling potential.
  • Analyze customer feedback to enhance processes and drive improvements, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
  • Engage in outbound sales activities, including reaching out to potential clients and promoting services, leveraging data scraping and cold calling strategies.
Requirements:
  • Advanced level of English & Spanish.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative (+ years).
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated leadership and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
Benefits:
