About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and top-performing Sales Development Representative to join our team at SpendHound. As a key growth driver, you will be responsible for identifying prospective opportunities and utilizing various outbound communication channels to initiate sales engagement.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to progress your career towards full end-to-end sales, developing skills across a broad range of modern sales technology tools, including Salesforce, Groove, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and more.

As Our Sales Development Representative, You Will:

  • Utilize your outbound sales skills by leveraging multiple communication methods, including cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn messages, and more.
  • Generate interest and schedule meetings with Finance, Operations, and IT leaders for our highly valuable product that helps them save time and money on their software renewals.
  • Work closely with a Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales to refine and develop your sales skills.

You Are Likely To Succeed If You:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
  • Have high proficiency in English (C2 level).
  • Have experience working for a U.S.-based tech company selling to U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling.
  • Have a track record of not only meeting but exceeding targets.

  • The annual salary for this position is anticipated to be up to $44,000 On-Target Earnings ($27,000 base and $17,000 variable). This role may be performed fully remotely within Colombia.
