We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Brightvision, a leading Growth Agency for B2B-tech companies.
About the RoleAs a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with tech companies. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively work with prospecting and appointment booking via various channels such as telephone, email and LinkedIn, for our customers.
You will act as a hired SDR/meeting booker on their behalf, working closely with our customers and project managers to book qualified sales meetings for them, with decision-makers or other relevant people at companies that are part of their target group.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, partially commission-based, which is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

Your Background- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/prospecting/meeting booking is required.
- Experience in B2B sales is advantageous.
- You have own drive and are motivated by working towards set goals.
- You have basic experience with different CRM systems and environments.
- You are comfortable in a project-based environment.
- You are comfortable speaking Swedish and English with customers and colleagues.
