Sales Development Lead RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Development Lead to join our team in LatamCent. As a key member of our sales development team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 8-10 SDRs to win qualified sales meetings for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities- Hire and train new SDRs to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize the potential of our sales team.
- Maintain a high level of performance from your team by monitoring progress, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Evaluate and refine our sales processes and playbooks to achieve optimal results.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and improve sales development strategies.
- A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- No less than 7 years of sales experience.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in sales.
- Proven track record of developing successful sales pitches and processes.
- Strong knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as Apolo.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to travel for seminars and meetings.
- C2/Native English language proficiency.
Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $55,000 per year (OTE), plus commission on the performance of your SDRs.
