Job Description
As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you will play a vital role in our growth strategy, generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and building relationships with potential clients in need of recruiting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2B cold calling to identify potential clients and generate leads for recruiting services.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by researching and identifying decision-makers in targeted industries.
- Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their hiring needs and presenting tailored recruiting solutions.
- Set up appointments and meetings with key decision-makers to discuss our recruiting services and demonstrate our value proposition.
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and alignment of client needs with our services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progression in CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine sales strategies and approaches.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a cold calling capacity.
- Background in the recruiting, staffing, or HR industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
- Must be an independent contractor eligible to work in the United States.
