Compensation

The salary for this role is estimated at $2000 per month, plus commission on the performance of your SDRs. This represents a competitive compensation package that reflects the value we place on our employees' contributions.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and develop sales programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership abilities, as well as a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.

Responsibilities
  • Hire and train new SDRs to ensure they possess the skills necessary to succeed in their roles.
  • Lead a team of 8-10 SDRs to win qualified sales meetings for enterprise clients.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with team members to monitor and evaluate their performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of technology tools and prospecting models, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine sales development playbooks and optimize results for our clients.
  • Continuously monitor team member performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales KPIs for the company each month.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, methods, and programs to increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 7 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Background in developing sales pitches and processes from inception to completion.
  • Ability to travel and attend seminars.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective training ability.
