Security Sales Professional

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Security Sales Professional to join our team in the Argentina territory. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with Channel Partners, such as System Integrators, and deploying sales actions and strategies to grow business and meet territory revenue goals.
About the JobThis exciting opportunity requires 5+ years of experience in video security solutions sales, with a strong background in transactional business and customer-interfacing experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, as well as a strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy.
Responsibilities- Develop relationships with Partners, educate them on Motorola Solutions' video solutions, and understand how our solutions can help them sell more and provide more value to their customers.
- Track and report on account activity, assist Channel Partners in processing orders and returns via our distribution network, and support the growth of the customer base.
- Finding and adding new channel partners, working with Channel Sales Executives to close end-user opportunities, and supporting the territory leaders in establishing quarterly and annual sales objectives for assigned Channel Partners.
- Collaborating with colleagues, including Channel Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering, to discover new potential partners as resellers for Video & Access Control products.
- 5+ years of video security solutions sales experience, with a strong background in channels like System Integrators.
- Experience in transactional business required, with 5+ years of customer-interfacing experience.
- Analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, with at least an intermediate level of English.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to speak about Motorola Solutions' products and solutions, with a proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships.
- Able to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, with time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Proven funnel development through aggressive prospecting, exceptional presentation skills, and strong computer skills with the ability to learn and demonstrate new software at a high level.
The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Please note that this figure is only an estimate and may vary based on various factors.
