Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth for enterprise clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Hiring and training new SDRs to ensure a high-performing sales team.
  • Managing a team of 8-10 SDRs to achieve qualified sales meetings for enterprise clients.
  • Monitoring and evaluating SDR performance, providing guidance to maximize potential.
  • Ensuring effective use of technology tools and prospecting models to drive sales success.
  • Collaborating with team members to continuously improve sales development playbooks and results.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 7 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Background in developing sales pitches and processes from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite & Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools like Apolo.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to train and motivate team members.
  • Native-level English proficiency (C2).
