Sales Team Lead for Enterprise Client Growth

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth for enterprise clients.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring and training new SDRs to ensure a high-performing sales team.
- Managing a team of 8-10 SDRs to achieve qualified sales meetings for enterprise clients.
- Monitoring and evaluating SDR performance, providing guidance to maximize potential.
- Ensuring effective use of technology tools and prospecting models to drive sales success.
- Collaborating with team members to continuously improve sales development playbooks and results.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 7 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Background in developing sales pitches and processes from start to finish.
- Proficiency in G-Suite & Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools like Apolo.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train and motivate team members.
- Native-level English proficiency (C2).

- A base salary range of $48,000-$55,000 per year.
