">We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead a team of sales representatives and drive growth by developing effective sales programs, setting KPIs, and ensuring their achievement.
">About the Role
">- Lead a team of 8-10 sales representatives to win qualified meetings with enterprise clients.
- Hire new sales team members, train them, and monitor their performance to maximize potential.
- Ensure the effective use of technology tools and prospecting models.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales development playbooks and results.
- Maintain a high level of sales performance and hit monthly targets.
- Create and implement new sales initiatives to increase revenue.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years of leadership roles.
- Background in developing sales pitches and processes from start to finish.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools like Apolo.
- Ability to travel and attend seminars.
- Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
- C2/Native English level.
Compensation
">The salary for this position is $48,000 - $55,000 per year, plus commission on the performance of your SDRs. This translates to an estimated monthly salary of $2000-$2500.
