  • Lead a team of 8-10 sales representatives to win qualified meetings with enterprise clients.
  • Hire new sales team members, train them, and monitor their performance to maximize potential.
  • Ensure the effective use of technology tools and prospecting models.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales development playbooks and results.
  • Maintain a high level of sales performance and hit monthly targets.
  • Create and implement new sales initiatives to increase revenue.

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years of leadership roles.
  • Background in developing sales pitches and processes from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools like Apolo.
  • Ability to travel and attend seminars.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • C2/Native English level.

Compensation

">

The salary for this position is $48,000 - $55,000 per year, plus commission on the performance of your SDRs. This translates to an estimated monthly salary of $2000-$2500.
