Results-Driven Business Development Executive for B2B Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to spearhead our B2B growth strategy in Cape Town. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can effectively develop relationships with clients and drive sales.
The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in sales or account management within a B2B role, with hands-on experience in multiple sales techniques, including cold calls. They must be able to meet sales quotas and have a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns/data lists as sales opportunities
- Contacting potential clients through cold calls, follow-up calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Presenting varying products and services to potential clients
- Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
- Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
- Scheduling meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and our clients
- Reporting to the Team Leader (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of R240 000 - R300 000 per annum + commission, making this an attractive opportunity for anyone looking to boost their sales career.
