At Visionary Recruiting Solutions, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Development Professional, you will be instrumental in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities across various industries.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to identify potential clients and generate leads for our recruitment services.
  • Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients by researching and identifying decision-makers in key industries.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with prospects by understanding their hiring needs and presenting tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with our internal recruitment team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and alignment of client needs with our services.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progression in CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
