We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Strategist to join our sales team. This role is essential for Mindtech's growth, as you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities, generating new leads, and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Opportunity Identification: Utilize market research, analysis, and prospecting tools to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Generate qualified leads through multiple communication channels and qualify prospects to determine if they are a good fit for the sales team to pursue.
  • Relationship Development: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with leads to identify new business opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar roles such as SDR, Lead Generation Specialist, or B2B sales.
  • Language Skills: English (C1/C2) and Spanish (if applicable).
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with prospecting tools and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in IT businesses (Staff aug preferred).
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation and email marketing tools is a plus.
