We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts and contribute to our fast-growing Melbourne-based company. This role involves overseeing strategic marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal and external teams, and driving outcomes that align with our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks and alignment with our growth objectives.
  • Content & Design Management: Create high-quality marketing content, including visually compelling materials, to engage our target audience and enhance brand recognition.
  • Lead Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Drive data-driven marketing efforts focused on improving conversion rates (CRO) and increasing lead generation, ensuring all activities support our broader business objectives.
  • Collaboration with External Contractors: Work closely with contractors managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO efforts to ensure their work aligns with our business goals.
  • Email Automation & Campaign Management: Own email marketing campaigns, optimizing automation tools like Ortto to effectively communicate with customers and drive engagement.
  • Shopify & Ecommerce Management: Oversee the Shopify store, ensuring product listings are up-to-date and the user experience is optimized for maximum conversions.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Utilize data-driven strategies to continually improve the customer journey and conversion rates across digital channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience with a track record of delivering multiple initiatives independently.
  • Strong experience in content creation and collaboration with designers to develop engaging marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with marketing technical products and ability to understand and communicate their features effectively.
  • Experience coordinating external contractors in PPC, SEO, and other digital marketing efforts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write or edit compelling copy as needed.
  • Proficiency with Shopify, CRO, and email automation tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring all marketing materials meet high standards.

Estimated Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 USD per month, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
