Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to lead digital marketing efforts for a B2B e-commerce brand in the EST time zone.



Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,000 per month


This role requires a solid background in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. The ideal candidate has experience driving growth for e-commerce brands and is skilled at managing a marketing budget while delivering outstanding results.



Key Responsibilities:



  • SEO & SEM: Lead the development and execution of search engine strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
  • Content, Email, and Social Media Marketing: Plan and optimize campaigns for blog content, email lists, and social media channels to engage B2B customers and drive conversions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, editorial, and website development teams, and manage external agencies and contractors.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Track KPIs, generate reports, and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Budget Optimization: Maximize marketing performance within budget constraints, continually improving ROI.


Qualifications:



  • Proven success in B2B e-commerce, specially in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using Python and/or SQL is a plus.


Nice-to-Haves:



  • Experience in B2B e-commerce, specially in a need-based industry like fire supply.
  • Ability to bring fresh ideas, with potential to grow into a Marketing Manager role.
  • Strong focus on SEO and SEM marketing strategies,
  • Familiarity with driving sales through SEO/SEM in a B2B context.
