As a B2B Client Strategist, you will work closely with valued clients to develop innovative marketing strategies, foster strong partnerships, and deliver measurable results.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Advocacy: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their best interests.
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment on goals, quality standards, and best practices, driving seamless client satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data from various sources to gain valuable insights, refine strategies, set new goals, and enhance client outcomes.
- Growth Catalyst: Develop solutions that address client needs and drive measurable growth, proactively identifying and overcoming challenges to help clients succeed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in account management or client project management.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of delivering positive ROI.
- The ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with trends in the vision industry and a solid understanding of topics relevant to B2B clients.
This is a full-time, fully remote role with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
