We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth in our Executive Commitment Team Germany. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business network and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Leadership: Lead the team by example, driving results-oriented performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Talent Development: Coach and develop team members, providing feedback and guidance to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Business Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing sales or commercial teams, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior-level stakeholders.
What We Offer:
