The role of the Argentina Surety Growth Manager at WTW involves driving growth targets for the Surety line of business in Argentina, collaborating with the line of business leader and sales team to capitalize on opportunities. Key responsibilities include consistent portfolio growth, dedicated business development resources, increasing win rates, and an aggressive approach to top targets in a highly competitive market.
The ideal candidate will be a Technical-Commercial Senior Account Executive responsible for growth planning and pipeline management for Surety in Argentina. They will develop and lead an active pipeline through prospecting, conducting needs analysis/risk assessments, developing ideas, presenting capabilities, strategically cross-selling products, and introducing technical specialists as required.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) include implementing and executing the growth strategy for Surety in Argentina, collaborating with global business leaders to define service proposals, identifying cross-sell opportunities, navigating the WTW network, and closing new surety opportunities in local or international accounts.
To succeed in this role, you will need to actively participate in sales and client service planning meetings, lead the surety pipeline, and follow up on new business targets using CRM tools such as Dynamics and Power BI.
We offer a salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
