Global Sales Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sales Representative to join our overseas recruitment agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting daily meetings with potential clients, building and improving our sales process, and providing feedback to refine our sales strategies.
This is a full-time remote opportunity that offers a competitive base salary with performance-based commission and opportunities for professional growth and transition to a sales manager role.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing deals. They are comfortable and confident on camera for virtual meetings and presentations, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting multiple daily meetings with interested leads to close sales
- Utilizing provided marketing materials and pitch deck to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Building out and continuously improving our sales process
- Providing feedback and insights to help refine and optimize our sales strategies
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary of USD 1.2K - 1.8K per month, plus commissions of approximately USD 1K per month, totaling around USD 2.2K - 3.8K per month. We also offer bonuses & growth, paid time off, and sick/emergency days as needed.
