Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious Account Acquisition Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in sales and/or lead generation, along with a proven track record of closing deals.

Responsibilities:
  • Cold search for potential leads and enter them into our database
  • Outreach to potential clients through various channels
  • Lead qualification, establishing contact, identifying needs, and initial presentation of company services
  • Transfer of interested leads to the partner relations manager or closing the deal independently with bonus motivation
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in sales and/or lead generation
  • Availability of interesting work cases for closing deals
  • Experience with email campaigns, Sales Navigator, and other tools
  • Knowledge of basic sales processes and stages; ability to analyze audience needs; strong skills in identifying needs and reframing negative statements
  • Ability to analyze the market and competitors; find best sales practices of competitors and implement them; develop approaches to enhance own results
  • Upper intermediate knowledge of English
