The role of Senior Sales Executive, Modern Trade, is a critical part of our sales strategy for the key account business in the modern trade channel.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive, Modern Trade. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the National Key Account Manager in implementing Red Bull's commercial strategy at key customers.
  • Executing short- and mid-term customer strategies in line with the overall national sales policy, with a focus on Cash & Carry and Regionals KA accounts.
  • Analyzing available data sources to identify growth opportunities and developing annual business plans to achieve targets.
  • Conducting negotiation processes with key mid-size customers and agreeing on the Perfect Store concept.
  • Coordinating with various departments, including Marketing, Business Administration, and Industrial Engineering.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of 1-2 years of experience in Key Account execution and negotiation, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Experience supporting Category Management is preferred.
  • Cross-functional experience in Trade Marketing/Consumer Marketing is a plus.
  • A strong network of existing contacts and trade relationships.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
