Company Description

The role focuses on driving growth in the modern trade channel. Collaborate with the National Key Account Manager to develop and implement Red Bull's sales strategy for key accounts, emphasizing Cash & Carry and Regionals KAs. Key responsibilities include delivering sales, volume, and profitability targets for these middle-sized accounts and the Impulse channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the KA Manager in implementing Red Bull's commercial strategy at key customers.
  • Execute short- and mid-term customer strategies aligned with the national sales policy, with a focus on Cash & Carry and Regionals KAs.
  • Implement national price strategies.
  • Analyze data sources (e.g., Scentia & ABI) to derive customer growth opportunities.
  • Plan sales forecasts and prepare trade spend budgets to meet targets.
  • Develop annual business and effective promotion plans.
  • Prepare yearly negotiations with a focus on Red Bull's long-term sales drivers and customer spend strategy.
Qualifications

Marketing, business administration, or industrial engineering backgrounds are required. A proven track record of 1-2 years of professional experience in Key Account execution and negotiation, ideally with FMCG/beverage experience, is preferred. Excellent English skills are a must.
