Sales Account Representative

This is an exciting opportunity for you to provide technical support to our internal and external sales personnel. You will prepare basic technical-commercial proposals related to valves, evaluate customer specifications, and participate in the proposal process.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assistance to customers and order entry process, following company parameters.
- Participate in proposal scope definition, working with customers and the Account Leader team.
- Contribute to the technical design of proposals, ensuring adherence to detailed standards and RFQ.
- Work collaboratively with Operations and Sales Teams, involving Legal, EHS, and Procurement departments when necessary.
- Ensure proposals align with the Proposal Process established by Emerson and identify process improvements.
- Record incoming quotations and orders in CRM, following Proposals Guidelines.
- Perform sizing and selection to choose equipment meeting customer needs.
- Provide backup and support for other ISEs and team members to maintain service levels.
- Review orders for technical and commercial accuracy, maintaining important metrics.
- Be prepared to work in closing dates schedules and follow organization arrangements.
- Support Order Management, Logistic, and Collector Teams during order processing.
- Maintain individual performance levels and align critical metrics with targets.
- Participate in required training, including Trade Compliance and compliance with legal regulations.
- Adhere to ethical principles, vision, mission, and company values.
- Student or Engineering degree.
- Experience crafting valves proposals.
- Proficiency in English language for technical or commercial conversations.
