We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales professional to join our team at HOKALI.

At HOKALI, we simplify the process of booking, organizing and managing after-school programs and camps for schools. Our platform enables schools to easily find and book a variety of onsite programs and camps that supplement learning and enrich students' extracurricular experiences.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires the ideal candidate to play a pivotal part in expanding our reach across elementary schools in the USA. The successful Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring our programs positively impact the lives of elementary school children.

The Main Responsibilities include:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the elementary school sector in California.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our afterschool programs and camps.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with school administrators to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Collaborate with school stakeholders to customize programs that align with their educational objectives.
    • Act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay informed about trends and developments in elementary education and afterschool programming.
    • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced or native English skills, both writing and speaking (mandatory).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with the USA elementary school system is a plus.
  • Experience using Hubspot is a plus.
  • Experience in start-up environments is a plus.
