About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Account Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client success group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service.

Your primary focus will be on developing a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, identifying opportunities to improve their results, and implementing strategies to drive growth.

You will work closely with our sales team to onboard new clients, develop existing relationships, and maximize profit through up-selling and cross-selling.

In addition, you will manage communications between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of our solutions and meeting client objectives.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working environment, volunteer time off, LinkedIn Learning, and Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP).

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in market research industry
  • Presentation skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of market trends and changing customer needs
