About the Role

">

As a Senior Carrier Relationship Manager for Latin America, you will play a key role in managing relationships with one of the Carriers in Argentina: Claro, Movistar or Personal. You will be responsible for market execution in the customers and have a strong understanding of their needs and expectations.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • Manage key accounts to achieve designated sales targets through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies for these accounts;
  • Negotiate deals and generate POs from customers;
  • Develop sales planning, including sales forecasts by account, CWV, account financials, etc;
  • Plan demand, distribution, and rolling forecasts with customers;
  • Align portfolio strategy with country strategy;
  • Sell in execution, working closely with Sales Ops team;
  • Pricing definition and support: execute Sweetspot strategy;
  • Competitive analysis: collect and maintain market intelligence;
  • Sell out plan definition and execution;
  • Sell Through management: strategy definition;
  • Incentive plan needed to generate sell out planning;

About You

">

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing (Master's is a plus);
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Demonstrated proficiency with P&L, ROI evaluation, Brand and Customer financial performance indicators;
  • Experienced in managing large amounts of data from multiple platforms into actionable insights, utilizing data to build strategy and clearly communicate strategies to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.

This position may require travel to various locations in Argentina, including Buenos Aires, Córdoba, and Mendoza.
