About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our client's team in Dublin. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading technical onboarding for new clients within the designated region.

Responsibilities
  • Stay knowledgeable about technical integrations with software partners, ensuring comprehensive support to clients
  • Assess client needs and goals to plan for seamless integration with their existing systems, technologies, and infrastructure
  • Support new clients throughout the onboarding process, helping them achieve successful outcomes
  • Foster long-term partnerships by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in account management, partner support, pre-sales support, post-sales support, technical issue resolution, or client-facing technical discovery
  • Native or fluent in French (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
