We are a pioneering tech firm in the ecommerce space, dedicated to empowering businesses to streamline their operations and drive revenue through their online stores.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 USD, comprising a base salary of $2,000-$3,000 per month and a performance-based commission of $2,000-$2,500 per month.

About the Role:

This key position plays a pivotal role in driving our business growth by engaging with prospects, understanding their unique needs, and demonstrating how Flxpoint's cutting-edge inventory and order management software can add value to their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect requirements and ensure a good fit before proceeding to the demo stage.
  • Lead engaging and informative demos of Flxpoint software, tailoring each presentation to address the specific needs and challenges of the prospects' businesses.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to offer Flxpoint solutions that meet the unique challenges faced by each prospect.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, providing timely and relevant follow-ups to keep Flxpoint top-of-mind and increase the likelihood of deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and regularly report on sales activities and pipeline status to management.
  • Stay updated with product advancements, ensuring that you can offer in-depth insights and address intricate product-related questions.
  • Work with our Solutions Architect to design and illustrate integration diagrams, ensuring that the Flxpoint platform will integrate with third-party systems and platforms, and provide recommendations on best practices and optimization strategies.

Requirements:

  • C2 English Level.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, customer success, or account management with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A strong ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • An ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (Consistent top 10% performer).

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with sales technology such as MEDDIC, Sandler Training, BANT.
  • Experience with eCommerce.
