We are looking for a TAM who will play a pivotal role in driving technical and product strategy discussions with senior leadership. You will be responsible for developing close relationships with our customers, understanding their business and operational needs, and providing them with strategic guidance to maximize the value they derive from our products.
At Yuno, we are looking to solve the complexity of the online payments ecosystem, allowing merchants and commerce to accept payments easily, accessing a variety of payment services with just one integration, and enabling end users to pay in an easy and secure way.
What would be my challenge at Yuno?
1. Leading discussions with senior leadership regarding technical and product strategy, incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
2. Developing close relationships with customers to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges, and helping them achieve the greatest value from our products.
3. Working with developers and senior engineers to provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance, helping customers plan and build solutions that proactively drive application health.
4. Collaborating with Product and Development teams to customize specific products for customers.
5. Monitoring the progress of product integrations and ramp-ups to ensure their success.
What skills do I need?
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical account manager or integration engineering role, preferably in a fintech or payments industry.
2. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other web services protocols and API management tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, Swagger). Proficiency in web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful API, Frameworks).
3. Expertise in at least one of the server-side languages (Golang, Python, Node.js, others...).
4. Exposure to some of the server and database technologies (Apache, Nginx, ISS, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Experience with a ticketing system is a plus.
5. Excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
6. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously.
7. Fluency in English is essential for this position.
