En estos momentos nos encontramos en búsqueda de un talento para cumplir el rol de **Technical Account Manager.**
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
Experiência y conocimientos: más de tres** (3) años** o superior en:

- Administrar plataformas de TI de alta disponibilidad y misión crítica, asegurando su operación continua y la rápida resolución de cualquier problema.
- Coordinar y liderar equipos técnicos en diversas áreas, incluyendo redes, almacenamiento, backup, nubes (cloud), y bases de datos, para resolver problemas complejos y mejorar los servicios.
- Actuar como el principal punto de contacto para los clientes, gestionando sus expectativas y asegurando que se cumplan sus requisitos y necesidades.
- Procesos y prácticas ITIL.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
Técnico, tecnólogo y/o profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Electrónica o Telecomunicaciones, Telemática o afines
- **
Certificaciones en Nubes Públicas** (deseable).
- ** Certificación en ITIL V3 o V4** (deseable).
