At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be responsible for providing strategic technical direction and advocacy to our customers, ensuring they achieve the greatest value from our services.

You'll work closely with senior leadership to craft and execute strategies that drive customer adoption and use of AWS services. Your technical acumen and customer-facing skills will enable you to effectively represent AWS within a customer's environment, driving discussions on incidents, trade-offs, proactive scope, and risk management.

A key aspect of this role is fostering trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges. You'll provide support in resolving inquiries from Enterprise customers regarding AWS services or Cloud, complete analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customers, and ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.

This is a technical role that requires hands-on experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for two of the following: Infrastructure/Systems Administration/Networking/DevOps/Compute/Storage/Database/Big Data and Analytics/Application-level services/Serverless/Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related discipline is required, or equivalent work experience. Ability to communicate effectively in English, within technical and business settings, is essential.
