As the market leader in international payroll and compliance, we're committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. We're seeking a Senior Growth Product Marketing Manager (Enterprise) to drive revenue growth by developing high-impact marketing strategies for our enterprise segment.
This role demands a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate Deel's value proposition to large, complex organizations, bridging product, marketing, and sales teams to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and expansion within both new and existing enterprise accounts.
- Design and implement multi-channel ABM strategies targeting high-value enterprise accounts, aligning with Sales and Growth teams to personalize campaigns, landing pages, and emails based on account-specific insights.
- Collaborate with demand generation and product teams to optimize conversion through the entire funnel—awareness, acquisition, activation, and expansion.
- Analyze data, conduct research, and synthesize customer feedback to refine messaging and product strategy.
About You
We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in product marketing, growth marketing, or related fields, ideally in B2B SaaS or HR tech. If you have a passion for driving revenue growth, developing compelling narratives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this could be your ideal role.
