We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Development Manager (PDM) to drive growth and success through our strategic partner ecosystem in the U.S. East Region. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships.

As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing partner strategies to drive mutual business growth. You will collaborate with partners to identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities, work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless partner integration, and stay informed about security industry trends and emerging market opportunities to refine partner strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute partner strategies to drive mutual business growth.
  2. Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities.
  3. Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless partner integration.
  4. Stay informed about security industry trends and emerging market opportunities to refine partner strategies.
  5. Support partnership agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  6. D deliver ongoing partner training and enablement programs to equip partners with the necessary resources and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or channel sales.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in security technology, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Crossbeam a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel 30%-40%.
