International Partnerships and Revenue Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned International Partnerships and Revenue Growth Leader to join our team at Deel. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of international partnerships strategies to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and build relationships with existing partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the private equity landscape and experience in partnership development. You will be responsible for closing, managing, and enabling partners to refer clients to Deel successfully. This includes nurturing partnerships throughout their lifecycle, ideating, launching, and optimizing co-marketing campaigns, and partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth.
You will also have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders across the globe. We value adaptability, resilience, and creative problem-solving skills in our team members.
