Head of Strategic Growth

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team at Synthesia. As a result, we are looking for a talented individual who can drive the success of our Global Strategic Accounts team in the USA.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of leadership experience where they've been responsible for the team landing and expanding strategic accounts (10,000+ employees) with quotas of $1m+ each.
You'll need extensive experience in b2b SaaS sales winning new business and expanding existing accounts - before you became a manager, you had your own successful SaaS sales career.
About the Role:- You'll be responsible for driving the growth of our Global Strategic Accounts team in the USA.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams and leaders to ensure alignment between the commercial aspects of the business and maximize customer satisfaction and engagement.
- You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion.
