You will oversee and manage the customer journey for our SMB, MM, or Enterprise client segments in the Americas. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, you will serve as a strategic partner, working closely with various internal teams across Deel to ensure we effectively engage, grow, and retain our customer base.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive customer success strategy for the Americas region.

  2. Driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and account management.

  3. Buidling and leading a high-performing customer success function, including implementing technologies and processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  4. Developing deep relationships with our largest customers, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within Deel.

  5. Activating and renewing our customer base, leveraging data-driven insights to inform your decisions and drive results.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer success leadership position, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Extensive experience in organizational design, with a focus on building high-performing teams and developing effective processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
