In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive customer success strategy for the Americas region. This will involve driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and account management, building and leading a high-performing customer success function, and activating and renewing our customer base.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer success leadership position, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Extensive experience in organizational design, with a focus on building high-performing teams and developing effective processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
