Position Overview

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Coordinate marketing efforts with distributors to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  3. Provide business proposals to customers, considering profitability for both parties.
  4. Plan and implement sales promotions to drive sales and increase market share.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tire industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a team environment.
