Drive Business Growth in the Region:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth in microwave-assisted synthesis, digestion, FTIR, and Raman spectroscopy product lines within Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and analytical instruments sales, with excellent communication skills and business acumen. They will be responsible for generating and developing new accounts, effectively managing existing accounts, presenting to C-suite executives, production managers, and technicians, qualifying opportunities, developing and presenting proposals, and closing business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the region
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Developing and delivering targeted sales pitches and presentations to showcase products and services
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve sales performance
- Traveling up to 50-60% of the time for meetings, demonstrations, and installations
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer an attractive compensation package, including a base salary range of $81,000 to $91,700 per year, an uncapped commission plan, bonuses for exceeding targets, full benefits, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a natural science or engineering field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in analytical instruments sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and passport
