Talent Bridge Group, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Large Commercial Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships during the management and renewal process of assigned insurance accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and account retention.
- Account Management: Manage all aspects of assigned insurance accounts, including offering, placing, and renewing necessary coverages in a timely manner.
- Communication: Directly communicate with clients, Sales Executives, Sales Agents, Marketing Managers, and Technical Assistants on account renewals, rounding, and cross-selling.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell additional lines of insurance and round out existing accounts.
- Policy Modification: Coordinate change requests and modify policies as needed.
- Claims Management: Record, report, and service assigned clients' claims and losses, or refer clients to the Claims department.
- Reporting: Request and research reports and information relevant to new and renewal business, review exception and aged receivable reports, and correct inaccuracies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of account information in the EPIC system.
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.)
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of commercial lines insurance experience
- Licenses: Active 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License
- EPIC Experience: A plus
- LARGE Account Experience: A must
- Condo Experience: A plus
Salary Information: The estimated salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
