About the Role

The Administrative and Process Management Coordinator will support the Customer Services Manager in maintaining the goals and objectives of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the customer care team and billing team.
  • Manage monthly billing closing and key accounts.
  • Oversee area indicators, including delivery lead time, returns over sales, and other metrics.
  • Manage consignment inventories in hospitals.
  • Implement customer-centricity and customer satisfaction tools.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Develop optimization and automation tools, such as RFID technology.
  • Handle archives, files, and commercial and regulatory documentation.
  • Manage continuous improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
  • Graduation in Administration, Engineering, or Logistics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply/logistics.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years.
