About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Willis Towers Watson (WTW).

Job Summary

The Facilities Function is responsible for providing a supportive environment that enables our colleagues to meet client demands and achieve organizational objectives. As a key member of this function, you will provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Space Management: Assist with managing office space, including coordinating repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
  • Facilities Services Team Management: Provide support to health and safety audits, manage supplies and vendors, and oversee soft and hard facilities services on site.
  • Project Management: Work with building management and office management to arrange repairs and maintenance, supervise real estate projects, and maintain up-to-date Emergency Procedures and business continuity documents.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with on-boarding of new colleagues, including IT requirements and other Service Now tasks, and help manage business records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of office administration and facilities management.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
