We are seeking a highly organized Commercial Coordinator to provide essential day-to-day administrative support to our Key Account Managers.

This role involves performing multiple tasks for different teams and clients simultaneously, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to administer daily sales activities while brainstorming innovative ideas.

The ideal candidate will drive growth by being an integral part of the Commercial team, contributing insights in team discussions and meetings, identifying issues with proactive solutions, and assisting in organizing client events and workshops.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Internal administrative tasks, process management, and alignment with all departments
  • Updating internal databases with account information from collaborating departments, maintaining accuracy in communications and documentation
  • Cooperating with other departments for seamless service, including Legal, Finance, Operations, compliance, marketing, and promotions
  • Actively contributing insights in team discussions and meetings, identifying and addressing issues with proactive solutions
  • Assisting in organizing client events, team events, gatherings, workshops, and training sessions

In order to succeed in this role, you should possess strong organizational and administrative proficiency, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team. Additional requirements include excellent computer skills, experience in data analytics, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Marketing.
