As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, optimizing commercial processes, and fostering collaboration between sales teams.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your finance expertise, analytical skills, and industry knowledge to drive commercial success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Strategic Sales Support: Provide expert guidance to North America sales teams on customer inquiries, pricing strategies, and commercial standards.
  2. Deal Structuring: Develop comprehensive deal structures across all Lines of Business (LOBs), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  3. Process Optimization: Identify and address inefficiencies in existing processes, championing continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Relationship Building: Foster enduring partnerships with sales teams, focusing on long-term business growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance-related roles, preferably in commercial finance, revenue accounting, or pricing
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
