The Role

In this key position, you will orchestrate a lean and coherent end-to-end strategic thinking and business planning process for the region, working cross-functionally with global offices and partnership with Finance teams.

You will be responsible for building a consistent and comprehensive growth agenda around GREAT, driving a unique System engagement and alignment. This includes collaborating with top management to shape and carry out strategic initiatives, cultivating and sustaining rapport with essential stakeholders, and directing cross-functional teams towards strategic goals.

What You'll Do

  • BUILD ONE consistent & comprehensive growth agenda around GREAT to drive a unique System engagement and alignment.
  • COLLABORATE with top management to shape and carry out strategic initiatives reflecting sound decision-making processes.
  • CULTIVATE and sustain rapport with essential stakeholders to guarantee strategic plan support and concurrence.
  • DIRECT cross-functional teams towards the accomplishment of strategic goals via informed decision-making.
  • GENERATE persuasive communication materials to present strategic frameworks and advancements to various stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with +5 years of experience in Consulting companies, specifically in strategic planning roles. You should have demonstrated decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate complex information, weigh alternatives, and make strategic choices that drive organizational success.

A strong history of effective stakeholder management, with an emphasis on building and fostering relationships across all organizational levels, including executive leadership, teams, and external partners, is also essential.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year
