About the opportunity:

Synthesia is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in the US. Reporting to a regional Head of Enterprise Sales, you'll focus on generating, establishing, and closing opportunities within designated accounts in our Enterprise segment (1000-10,000 employees). Your ability to effectively communicate value, inspire prospects, and sell the Synthesia solution will be critical.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a full sales cycle from initial outreach to close.
  • Developing account plans and identifying key targets within those accounts.
  • Qualifying and identifying risks across opportunities using MEDDPICC.
  • Selling across various business functions (HR, L&D, Customer Care, Marketing).
  • Expanding Synthesia's presence in additional teams within accounts.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in successful outbound sales with Enterprise-sized accounts.
  • A PG mindset with strong experience in proactive prospecting into new accounts.
  • Ability to identify client pain points and develop unique and compelling value propositions focused on delivering ROI.
  • Experience working in reputable, value-driven, methodological sales environments, ideally using MEDDPICC, CoM, or similar.
  • Strong business acumen and examples of building business value and champions across organisations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
