Role Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas, selling complex SaaS technologies to large organizations.

You should have closed numerous $100K+ ARR sales that require consensus building and executive engagement.

Experience in winning highly competitive opportunities by identifying pain points and business impacts, and connecting them to strategic initiatives of leadership teams.

  1. You possess exceptional communication skills, asking questions with precision and explaining complex concepts in simple terms.
  2. You can skillfully guide prospects through their entire buying process, engaging the right stakeholders at the right time to create consensus for a strategic technology decision.
  3. You become both a product and industry expert, creating 'Ah ha' moments in collaboration with your Solutions Engineer to build momentum & solve customer-specific challenges.
  4. Your peers describe you as detail-oriented, sending timely and crisp follow-up emails, and taking pride in internal operations, such as real-time CRM updates.
  5. You have strong business acumen, helping customers connect the dots between technical problems and their business impact, crafting compelling cases for change.
  6. You're excited to land big deals, diligent, gritty, and have demonstrated perseverance to win long, competitive sales cycles.
  7. You're a creative problem solver, comfortable with some healthy ambiguity, and willing to travel as needed, up to 40%.
